Total Motorcycle's own product copy describes the Blackline's whole design brief directly: a Softail pared to the bone, combining visual elements of the original bobber movement with a raw style embraced by today's young bike builders. The rear fender is bobbed high-and-tight over a slim 144mm tire that emphasizes an authentic hardtail profile, while minimal tank graphics and a narrow back end let the Twin Cam 103 V-twin and fuel tank steal the show. This exact 2013 model year also introduced Hard Candy Custom paint as a new option — a large metal-flake finish available in Hard Candy Coloma Gold on the Blackline specifically.

Power comes from the air-cooled Twin Cam 103B, a 1,690cc V-twin with a 3.875-inch bore and 4.38-inch stroke and a 9.6:1 compression ratio, fed by Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI), delivering a claimed 133.8 Nm (98.7 lb-ft) of torque at 3,250 rpm through a chain primary drive (34/46 ratio) and 6-speed transmission with belt final drive.

Confirmed dimensions list a 30-degree rake with 4.8 inches of trail on a 66.5-inch wheelbase, a genuinely low 24-inch laden seat height (26.1 inches unladen), and 5.25 inches of ground clearance — riding on an MH90-21 front tire and MU85B16 rear, reached via a new Split Drag handlebar set high above the low, narrow two-up seat. A 5-gallon fuel tank and 3.5 quarts of oil (with filter) round out the fluid capacities, with a shipped weight of 648 lbs rising to 675 lbs in running order.
