Harley Davidson FXDFSE2 CVO 110 Fat Bob 2010 Service Manual

Harley described the CVO Fat Bob as a limited-production custom with an aggressive presence behind a beefy front wheel, twisted Tommy Gun exhaust and bold paint. 2010 was its second year, and it came back with a new wardrobe. That included three new colour combinations with a colour-matched chin spoiler, a new brown distressed-leather two-piece seat convertible to solo, a Heavy Breather high-flow intake capped with a chrome skull and a Granite powder-coated powertrain with 110 Screamin' Eagle identifiers on the heads.

Power comes from the Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 110, an air-cooled V-twin with pushrod-operated overhead valves and hydraulic self-adjusting lifters. It has a 4.0 x 4.38 inch (101.6 x 111.25mm) bore and stroke, displaces 1,803cc and has a 9.15-9.2:1 compression ratio. Fuel comes from Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection. Claimed torque is 113 lb-ft (153 Nm) at 3,500 rpm. Drive goes through a 6-speed Cruise Drive gearbox with belt final drive, and the powertrain has a high-performance hydraulic clutch.

The chassis is a mild-steel tubular frame with a rectangular-section backbone, a 49mm telescopic fork with 110mm of travel, and dual rear shocks with only a couple of inches of travel, which Ultimate Motorcycling says you feel on the firm rear end. Brakes are dual 300mm front discs with four-piston calipers and a 292mm rear disc with a two-piston caliper. The Fang wheels carry bolt-in inserts, and the bike has black solid rotors and a Tri-Bar LED tail light.

Confirmed figures list a 90.9-91-inch length, a 63.6-inch wheelbase, a 27-27.9-inch seat height and 4.3 inches of ground clearance. Weight is about 694 lbs (315kg). The US MSRP was $25,299.
