Breakout 114 (2019): "Long, Lean Muscle" With a Flexing-Bicep Engine

Harley's own copy leans into the visual metaphor: "the Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine stands out like a flexing bicep," sending massive torque to a 240mm rear tire on custom details running from fender to fender. For 2019, buyers could choose between this range-topping 114 and a standard 107, both riding on the reinvented Softail frame introduced the year before.

The Milwaukee-Eight 114 displaces 1,868cc via a 4.016 in. bore and 4.5 in. stroke, with a 10.5:1 compression ratio delivering strong torque through electronic sequential port fuel injection and a 2-into-2 staggered exhaust with catalyst in the muffler. Harley's marketing invites riders to "reach for the drag bars and unleash it on the street" — genuinely apt given the raked-out, drag-inspired geometry: a 34-degree rake, 66.7 in. wheelbase, and 5.7 in. of trail.

An easily adjustable mono-shock rear suspension allows for dynamic cornering, quick acceleration, and braking while preserving the hardtail look, with the reinvented Softail frame delivering more agility than the drag-inspired stance might suggest. Front and rear tires run 130/60B21 and 240/40R18. Dimensions run 93.3 in. long with a 25.6 in. laden seat height, carrying a 3.5-gallon tank and shipping at 648 lbs (672 lbs in running order). 2019 pricing started around $20,849.
