The Milwaukee-Eight 117 displaces 117 cubic inches via a 4.075 in. bore and 4.5 in. stroke, with a 10.2:1 compression ratio delivering strong torque through electronic sequential port fuel injection and a high-performance offset shotgun exhaust tuned specifically for mid-range pull. Harley calls it the pinnacle of torque and displacement available in a regular-production, factory-installed powertrain — a genuine step up from the 114 that powered earlier Breakouts. A forward-facing Heavy Breather intake with an exposed filter element pulls in more air to match.

The signature stance stays extreme: a 34-degree rake stretching the wheelbase to 66.7 in., a 21-inch front wheel on a slim 130/60B21 tire, and a massive 240/40R18 rear on a 26-spoke cast aluminum wheel finished in black with machined details. The Softail chassis keeps weight down and rigidity up while preserving the classic hardtail illusion. Seat height sits at a low 25.6 in., with shipped weight around 653 lbs (683 lbs in running order) and a 5-gallon tank. 2024 pricing started at $22,499 for Billiard Gray, with Vivid Black and premium color options adding $350-$650.
