The Milwaukee-Eight 121 HO breathes through a 58mm throttle body — 26% more airflow than standard — feeding a Heavy Breather-style intake, while carbon fiber components and titanium mufflers shed weight, leaving the ST 25 lbs lighter than the standard CVO Road Glide despite the more aggressive tune. Fully adjustable Showa front and rear suspension lets riders dial in setup for either canyon-carving or genuine track use, backed by premium Brembo braking. Five ride modes are on offer: Road, Sport, Track, Rain, and Custom — Track mode alone signals how far this bagger strays from typical touring intent.

Every 2024 model carries unique CVO 25th Anniversary graphics on the outer fairing and an engraved tank console insert.
