Road Glide 3 FLTRT (2025): Harley’s Bagger DNA on Three Wheels
The Road Glide 3 fills the bagger slot in Harley’s 2025 trike lineup, between the Freewheeler cruiser and the Tri Glide Ultra full-dress tourer. It’s built around the frame-mounted Sharknose fairing, which sits on the frame rather than the handlebars. That reduces steering effort and improves directional stability at highway speeds. The fairing carries dual Daymaker LED headlamps, triple splitstream vents to cut head buffeting and the infotainment system with integrated speakers. A trunk and saddlebags give ample storage.
Power comes from the Milwaukee-Eight 114, a 1,868cc oil-cooled V-twin with four valves per cylinder, a 102mm bore, a 114.3mm stroke and a 10.5:1 compression ratio, fed by fuel injection. It is tuned for trike use and makes a claimed 90 hp at 4,750 rpm and 119 lb-ft (162 Nm) of torque at 2,750 rpm. Drive is through a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission with reverse and belt final drive, and the power goes to two 18-inch rear wheels. The two-wheeled Road Glide moved to the Milwaukee-Eight 117 and a 12.3-inch screen in 2024, but the trike didn’t.
The chassis is a trike-specific design with a single 19-inch front wheel and dual 18-inch rear wheels. Electronics include cornering ABS, traction control and linked braking that account for the trike’s lateral acceleration. The Boom! Box infotainment system offers touchscreen control and Bluetooth. Front suspension has about 4.6 inches (117mm) of travel.
Confirmed figures list a seat height of about 26.5 inches, a wet weight of about 1,164 lbs and combined fuel economy of about 43 mpg. The 2025 US MSRP was $34,999 plus a $1,375 destination charge.
