Harley’s line for the 2019 CVO Street Glide is “because some people want to roll bigger.” It has the Twin-Cooled Milwaukee-Eight 117 (the most powerful V-twin Harley offered from the factory, exclusive to CVO), red rocker covers, premium custom paint, premium Talon wheels (a 19-inch front and an 18-inch rear) and custom controls. The Boom! Box GTS infotainment system has three separate amplifiers, 75 watts per channel and 900 watts of audio through six bi-amped Stage II speakers paired in the fairing, lowers and saddlebags, and a Boom! Audio wireless headset is included. The 2019 bike is identified by a bright Blaze Red band on the engine rocker boxes, and the seat height is a friendly 27.4 inches unladen. The 2019 US price was $40,889 plus $435 destination.

The engine is the Milwaukee-Eight 117, a 1,923cc V-twin with a 104mm bore, a 114.3mm stroke, a high-performance camshaft and intake and a 10.2:1 compression ratio, fed by Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection. Torque is 125 lb-ft (about 166-170 Nm) at 3,500 rpm, European power is about 106 hp at 5,450 rpm, and Harley lists fuel economy of about 41 mpg. The exhaust is a dual system with a crossover, and the gearbox is a 6-speed with belt final drive.

The front suspension is a Showa 49mm Dual Bending Valve fork with 4.6 inches of travel, and the rear has shocks with 2.15 inches of travel. Brakes are four-piston calipers on dual 300mm floating front discs, and tires are a 130/60B19 61H at the front and a 180/55B18 80H at the rear. Rake is 26 degrees with 170mm (6.7 inches) of trail on a 64-inch (1,625mm) wheelbase, with lean angles of about 32 degrees to the right and 31 to the left. The bike is about 95.9 inches (2,435mm) long and 53 inches high, with about 5.1 inches (130mm) of ground clearance. Seat height is 26.1 inches laden and 27.4 inches (695mm) unladen.

The tank holds 6 gallons (22.7 litres), engine oil capacity is 4.9 litres with the filter, and the saddlebags hold about 2.4 cubic feet. The CVO Street Glide weighs about 842 lbs (382 kg) as shipped and about 877 lbs (398 kg) in running order, with a gross vehicle weight rating of 1,360 lbs.
