The reworked Milwaukee-Eight 117 makes a claimed 3% more horsepower and 4% more torque than the 2023 version — 105 hp at 4,600 rpm and 130 lb-ft at 3,250 rpm — thanks to a larger airbox increasing airflow by 50%, a smoothed intake tract, and a bigger 58mm throttle body replacing the old 55mm unit. The cooling system was redesigned too: air-cooled cylinders paired with liquid-cooled heads, with coolant routed to the hotter rear cylinder head first and focused on the exhaust valves specifically, an improvement that let engineers nudge compression up slightly to 10.3:1.

The redesigned Batwing fairing, reshaped using computational fluid dynamics, cuts wind buffeting by a claimed 60% and gives the whole bike a genuinely new silhouette alongside larger saddlebags and a reworked tank design. Suspension travel increased by roughly 50%, RDRS (Reflex Defensive Rider System) became standard across the board, and a new Skyline OS display with selectable ride modes brought the electronics fully current. Overall weight came down compared to the outgoing generation despite the added tech. Base pricing rose about $4,000 over the previous model year to reflect the more premium positioning.
