The Ultra Limited Low takes the fully loaded Ultra Limited and lowers the front and rear suspension, which gives it the lowest seat height in Harley’s touring line, just 26.5 inches off the ground. It’s for riders who want everything the Ultra Limited offers in a bike that’s easier to flat-foot. The new front suspension has Dual Bending Valve internal technology for linear damping, a smooth ride and confident handling and braking, and there’s an extended-reach side stand. The bike has the Batwing fairing with splitstream vent, heated hand grips, the new Boom! Box GTS infotainment system, electronic cruise control, Reflex linked Brembo brakes with ABS and a Tour-Pak with room for two full-face helmets. The 2019 US price was $28,089 plus $435 destination.

The engine is the Twin-Cooled Milwaukee-Eight 114, a 1,868cc V-twin with liquid-cooled cylinder heads, four valves per cylinder, a 102mm bore, a 114mm stroke and a 10.5:1 compression ratio. Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection feeds it. Torque is about 122 lb-ft (165 Nm) at 3,000 rpm, and power is about 90 hp at 5,450 rpm. The gearbox is a 6-speed Cruise Drive with a multi-plate wet clutch, a 34/46 chain primary drive and belt final drive, with overall ratios of 9.593 in first, 6.65 in second, 4.938 in third, 4.0 in fourth, 3.407 in fifth and 2.875 in sixth. The exhaust is chrome 2-1-2 dual with tapered mufflers.

The chassis has a 26-degree rake with 6.7 inches (170mm) of trail on a 64-inch (1,625mm) wheelbase, a 41.3mm telescopic fork with cartridge-style damping and air-adjustable rear shocks. The brakes are dual front discs and a rear disc, and tires are a Dunlop Multi-Tread 130/80R17 65H at the front and a 180/65B16 81H at the rear. The bike is about 102.4 inches (2,600mm) long and 37.8 inches (960mm) wide, with a height of about 54.7 inches (1,390mm) and 4.6 inches (115mm) of ground clearance. Seat height is 25.6 inches (650mm) laden and 26.6 inches (675mm) unladen.

The tank holds 6 gallons (22.7 litres), and the Tour-Pak and saddlebags hold about 4.7 cubic feet. The Ultra Limited Low weighs about 873 lbs (396 kg) dry and about 908 lbs (412 kg) in running order, with a gross vehicle weight rating of 1,360 lbs.
