Fat Boy 114 (2019): "The Original Fat Custom Icon," 30 Pounds Lighter

Harley's own copy calls the Fat Boy simply "an icon" — and by 2019, that icon had gone through a genuine diet: 30 lbs lighter than the previous generation thanks to the reinvented Softail platform introduced the year prior. Buyers could choose between a 107 and this range-topping 114, with the bigger engine delivering noticeably stronger low-end torque instantly noticeable off the throttle, per Harley's own marketing.

The Milwaukee-Eight 114 displaces 113.99 cubic inches (1,868cc), run through a 6-speed gearbox with belt final drive. The signature stance stays completely intact: solid disc wheels front and rear, a 160mm front tire and a genuinely massive 240mm rear tire — proportions no other model in Harley's lineup shares. Satin chrome finishes throughout, paired with signature LED lighting, keep the styling faithful to the model's decades-long identity.

Dimensions run 93.3 in. long, with dry weight coming in at 670 lbs and a 5-gallon fuel tank. Front and rear tires run 160/60R-18 and 240/40R-18 respectively, mounted to solid-disc wheels that remain the Fat Boy's most immediately recognizable visual signature.
