Harley's own tagline for the 2019 Softail Deluxe leans right into the bike's dual identity: "show meets go," a bright, nostalgic boulevard cruiser that rumbles with modern engineering underneath a genuinely vintage look. By 2019, the Deluxe was riding on the reinvented Softail platform introduced the year before — a chassis Harley describes as lightweight and stiff, translating to a noticeably more responsive ride than earlier Deluxe generations offered.

The Milwaukee-Eight 107 delivers a claimed 86 hp at 5,020 rpm and 109 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 rpm, run through a 6-speed transmission with belt final drive. A racing-style cartridge fork brings genuine sophistication to front suspension duty, offering reduced weight alongside linear damping characteristics — a meaningfully more advanced setup than the Deluxe's classic looks might suggest. Front and rear tires run MT90HB-16 and MU85HB-16.

Styling stays firmly rooted in 1950s boulevard-cruiser cues: chrome laced wheels with genuine whitewall tires, a chrome pull-back handlebar riser bringing the grips closer for confidence-inspiring ergonomics, and a full LED lighting package including headlight, running lights, turn signals, and the signature Tombstone tail light.
