CForce 600 CF600/CF625 AZ/AU/ATR (2021-2024): Three Factory Codes, One 580cc Engine — Standard, Touring, and the AZ/AU Trim Split
CFMoto's own official owner's manual confirms this exact bundling is genuine factory practice: the document explicitly covers "CF600AU-3SA, CF600AZ-3SA, CT600AZ-3SA, CF600AU-3LA" together as one family, spanning both the standard CForce 600 and the longer-wheelbase CForce 600 Touring variant sharing the same fundamental engine and chassis.
Power comes from the Type 191S, a 580cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, SOHC 4-valve engine, a 91mm x 89.2mm bore and stroke, and a 10.3-10.68:1 compression ratio, fed by Bosch electronic fuel injection, delivering a claimed 40-45 hp (figures vary by model year as CFMoto refined the tune) at 6,500-6,750 rpm and roughly 36-48.8 Nm of torque, run through a CVTech CVT automatic transmission with P/R/N/H/L settings and genuine engine braking, feeding a selectable 4x2/4x4 driveline with standard differential lock and shaft final drive.
CFMoto's own confirmed 2022 dealer specification lists real hardware improvements that year: an 18% larger radiator with a more powerful cooling fan, a stronger frame with towing capacity up to 1,000 lbs, A-arm front and rear independent suspension with increased travel, a 15% tighter turning radius than the previous model, and an easy-shift gate system. Standard equipment includes hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with parking function, 12-inch cast aluminum wheels, a multi-function digital gauge, and RideVision LED lighting with daytime running lights.
The Touring variant (CT600AZ) stretches the wheelbase to 1,480mm (versus 1,280mm standard) and overall length to 2,235mm, adding two-up seating and a 415kg basic weight versus the standard model's 395kg — genuinely the same engine and drivetrain, just a longer chassis for passenger comfort. Confirmed fluid specifications list 2.18 litres of coolant at a 50/50 mix ratio, and SAE 10W-40, 5W-40, or 15W-40 engine oil.
This factory service manual covers the procedures, torque specs, and diagrams needed to keep a 2021-2024 CForce 600/625 AZ/AU/ATR running the way it was built to.
